Compassionate Care for All

At the Tidewell Foundation, we are committed to raising funds and providing grants to Tidewell Hospice and other Empath Health affiliate programs that provide extraordinary care to meet the needs of all in our community.

The Tidewell Foundation, and our other Empath Health affiliates, are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We recognize the collective power of diversity and inclusion, which allows us to leverage colleague talent and create a sense of belonging, to ensure that we attain our vision and mission.

We support everyone with compassion, openness, understanding, and empathy. We recognize and embrace the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion, which guides us as we provide compassionate care to all of our communities.

We recognize the various dimensions of diversity, and embrace the diversity of cultures, thoughts, beliefs, and traditions of our colleagues, volunteers, and people we are honored to serve across our network.

Honoring and respecting the unique cultural differences of those we care for is our ongoing focus. Our SAGE Platinum certified staff embrace the best practice standards for compassionate care of our LGBTQ+ patients and families. Tidewell Hospice retains the Jewish Hospice Accreditation from the National Institute for Jewish Hospice, as well as the distinction of Level 5 Certification in the national We Honor Veterans Program.

All are welcome and encouraged to apply with us and seek the care and services of our not-for-profit affiliates.
