Joann & Chad's Tidewell Story Chad’s story begins when he was only 23 years old and diagnosed with glioblastoma. After his death, Joann decided to give back to the organization that did so much for her and Chad; she started the Chad Day Memorial Fishing Tournament & Charity Event.
