JEAN’S TIDEWELL STORY
Jean was facing terminal cancer at middle age. She wanted to spend the remainder of her journey at home, but with limited financial resources, a home-hospice solution felt out of reach. The Tidewell Foundation stepped in with medical equipment, clinical care, and counseling to help Jean spend her final days in the comfort of home.

We help the single father who loses his insurance because he’s too sick to work; the 26-year-old cancer patient, too young for Medicare; the grandmother with advanced illness who would otherwise slip through the gaps in our social safety nets.
