Tidewell Foundation’s Signature Luncheon
Regrettably, we are shifting our Signature Luncheon, scheduled for Friday, February 5, to an entirely virtual event. The rising number of COVID-19 cases in late December and early January, coupled with the COVID-19 forecast has caused us to reevaluate trying to host a hybrid live/virtual event.
Participants still can enjoy the program in its entirety, featuring our keynote speaker, Lorna Luft, via live streaming. A link to watch the program and detailed instructions will be emailed to guests several days prior to the event.
About Featured Speaker Lorna Luft:
Lorna Luft is a celebrated healthcare advocate, Broadway star, noted author and daughter of the legendary actress, Judy Garland. Lorna speaks candidly about the challenges of mental illness, its impact on women and their children, and the courage it takes to seek healing. As a caregiver not just to her mother but also her dearest friend, who spent her final two weeks of her life in hospice, Lorna has been touched by the fragility and vulnerability of life. Lorna understands firsthand the power of hospice care, and the positive impact it has for patients and families.
