Kim Ellen Hayter
Kim Ellen Hayter, age 66, of North Port, FL, passed away on July 19, 2024. She was born in Traverse City, Michigan on July 15, 1958, and moved to Florida in 1978. Kim worked as a nurse for over 40 years before retiring. She will be remembered as someone who loved animals, trips to Universal, shopping, teddy bears, cruises, and travel.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Hayter, sisters Kathy LeRoy Knowles and Kristy LeRoy Hooper; nephews Adam Wilson, Tyler Knowles, and Lawrence Boyd IV; grandniece Elizabeth Wilson and grandnephews Everest Knowles and Gabriel LeRoy. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert V. LeRoy, her mother, Ruth Ann Herbert, and her brother Kent LeRoy.
A service will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery on September 6, 2024, at 11:30 am.
