Thomas Doyle Dyer
Thomas Doyle Dyer, Sr. 84, left us on July 6, 2024, at his residence in North Port, FL. Tom was born December 12, 1939, in Dayton, TN, the son of the late Daisy and Tennessee Dyer. He moved to Florida in 1944 where he spent his life working all over the state with a wide variety of successful jobs. Antiques, Builder/Developer, and Custom Spiral Stairs to only name a few. He will always be remembered for his legendary stories of his world travels, his love for fishing, and his family. He is survived and dearly missed by his son Thomas (Debbie) Dyer Jr, daughter Tammy (Bob) Kellmann, daughter Lacey (Jon) King, stepson Raymond Nicholson. Grandchildren Elyse (Joe)Kellmann, Cailin and Samantha Kellmann, Jayden and Luna King, and Raymond Nicholson Jr. He was proceeded in death by all 4 of his siblings, and his beloved wife of 38 years, Leatha. Celebration of life will be at Beneva Christian Church 4835 Beneva Rd. Sarasota on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, at 11 am. Memorial Donations can be to Tidewell Hospice of Port Charlotte, FL via the Tidewell Foundation.
