Entry and Tickets:

A $100 donation payable to the Tidewell Foundation, Inc. is the suggested minimum donation.

A maximum of 500 tickets will be issued. Ticket sales will cease when that number of qualified entries is reached.

No purchase or contribution is necessary to participate in the Drawing. To enter without a donation, send a letter stating that you wish to obtain a “no donation” entry with your name, address, and phone number and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

Selection of Winner:

The Grand Prize drawings for the Tidewell Foundation Drawing will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024, selected at random at approximately 12:30 p.m. at the 15th Annual Signature Luncheon at The Ritz-Carlton in Sarasota, Florida, except this date and all other dates stated in these rules may be extended in the Tidewell Foundation’s absolute discretion.

The winner does not need to be present to win.

The Tidewell Foundation Drawing Rules:

Two Grand Prize winners will be chosen from the ticket holders. One Grand Prize winner will win a Two Night-Stay for Two in a Deluxe Guest Room and Two 50-Minute Spa Treatments at the World-Class Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, as well as first in line at the valet after the luncheon for a value of $2,800.00.

The second Grand Prize winner will win Blooms for a Year from Suncoast Florist (a monthly arrangement for pick up or local delivery for 12 months), dinner gift certificate, chocolates, and a case of wine from TheWineToBuy.com.

There shall be no substitutions, no cash refunds, and no other cash substitutions.

The Grand Prize winners assume and must pay all fees and charges including, but not limited to local, state, resort taxes and fees upon checkout. The Tidewell Foundation assumes no responsibility for a prize winner’s tax obligations and suggests you consult your tax advisor.

Eligibility:

Open only to Residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia 18 years age and older at time of donation are eligible to participate and enter. The Tidewell Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules, any applicable laws, or who makes any misrepresentations relative to this drawing. Prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility. Tidewell Foundation Members of the Board of Directors, employees, their spouses, and family are not allowed to participate and ineligible to win.
